The Beaphar CatComfort® Calming Spot-On is a simple and effective solution to reducing problem behaviour in cats, such as excessive meowing, aggressive behaviour, fighting, avoidance, hiding or general feelings of anxiety. It is beneficial when cats are faced with new experiences, such as multi-cat households, social situations, a new family and learning periods.

The Beaphar CatComfort® Calming Spot-On contains a copy of the naturally produced Maternal Appeasing Pheromone, which is instantly recognisable to cats. It is naturally produced by the queen when she nurses her kittens, and is a crucial part of the bonding process. By using a copy of this pheromone in the Beaphar CatComfort® Calming Spot-On, it gives a continuous and reassuring message to help cats feel at ease wherever they are. As cats are naturally solitary, this can be particularly valuable in multi-cat households, helping to promote harmonious living.

Once applied, the spot-on works quickly and will start creating a calming effect after around 15 minutes. This easy-to-use spot-on provides a long-lasting calming effect for up to one week. Simply apply to the top of your cat’s head and the pheromones will diffuse into the air creating a calming effect, helping them feel safe and reassured. It is ideal for helping to facilitate bonding between cats or with other members of the family. The spot-on must be applied at least 15 minutes before a potentially stressful situation.

Do not remove the pipette from the blister until you are ready to use the product.

1. Holding the pipette upright, tap the neck section to ensure the contents fall back into the body of the pipette.
2. Carefully snip off the top of the pipette using scissors.
3. Apply the contents of one pipette to the top of your cat’s head, between the ears.

The spot-on must be applied at least 15 minutes before a potentially stressful situation. If your cat gets very wet, such as in heavy rain or following a bath, reapply the drops as the calming effect may be diminished.

If you use a spot-on flea product, this is usually applied between the animal's shoulder blades. Take care to apply the Beaphar CatComfort® Calming Spot-On in a different place to the flea product, ideally between the ears. If this is not possible it is advisable to leave 48 hours between applying the two products.

The easy-to-use refill is only suitable for use with the Beaphar CaniComfort® Calming Diffuser.

Beaphar CaniComfort® contains a copy of the naturally produced Dog Appeasing Pheromone, which is instantly recognisable to dogs. It is naturally produced by the bitch when she nurses her puppies, and gives a continuous and reassuring message to let dogs know that this is a safe and calm area for them to be in. This can be incredibly valuable when bringing home a new dog, helping them settle quickly into their new routine.

Each refill is effective for up to 30 days.

• Use the diffuser in the room your dog spends most of their time
• Use continuously, do not switch off when leaving the house or overnight
• Replace the refill reservoir with a new Beaphar CaniComfort® 30 Day Refill after 30 days, or when empty
• Replace the plug-in diffuser every six months, to ensure optimal performance
• Use one diffuser per 70m²
• Use with a 230V plug socket only

DON'T
• Don't use with a multi-socket, extension cord, an adaptor or a converter
• Don't use a different diffuser brand with the Beaphar CaniComfort® 30 Day Refill reservoir, doing so could pose a fire risk
• Don't use near open windows/doors or drafts as this will reduce how well the diffuser works
